Horror Night at Miramar Beach

Miramar Beach has been one of the most famous beaches of Goa. Nearly 2 km away from the main city Panajim lies the scenic and mesmerizing beauty of the beach. the hustling  sound on the shore is worth relaxing and gives a glimpse of natural beauty residing in Goa. People all around the world travel to this place to take a glimpse of natural phenomena.

As Every coin has its two faced some underlying story comes as well from the beach. the beautiful scenic beauty turned out a nightmare.

This story comes from a group of friends visiting the beach at around  11.30 pm  in the midnight.
and their shared personal experience. Among the group of friends Neha and Kiran were walking along side the shore while their other three companions were sitting together and chilling out.
Neha had just got married and was very excited to meet her friends after a span of 15 days.

As the two were talking Neha started getting some odd smell at the beach , it was smell of mehendi(Heena) it was really weird  to get such smell at shore as no one was around and nor the two had applied Mehendi on their palms later even Kiran started  feeling the same. they felt like something was following them they quickly rushed towards their other group of friends and narrated the incident to them.

Since the girls were really scared the requested them to drop them home to which their friends agreed They started moving towards the parking area but the smell was following them. By now every one of them were experiencing the same they could still get the smell till they crossed campal area and reach the main hub of the city.

This incident left a thrilling mark on them. they would always advice their other friends and relatives never to visit the beach late night.

HIDDEN STORY OF BORIM BRIDGE

The Old Borim Bridge is one of the haunted places in Goa. The story narrated comes from one of my close acquaintance. 

This incident happened on 31^st march 2010. Two friends Anuj and Satish returning home from their late night parties from Margao to Ponda. Usually many people travelling to ponda or margao take up this route crossing the most horrified bridge (Borim Bridge).

While they were on their way some distance away from the bridge one of the friend was being restless. Anuj felt as if something was following them, he told Satish to lower the bike speed and to stop at a distance. Satish was quite agitated as he wanted to reach home as they were already late.

Anuj was really scared as he had heard the narrated stories about the Borim bridge from his parents but often took it very lightly. As Anuj was telling Satish that he can hear a cry of a woman in vain. They both now could see a lady in white attire walking towards them she was screaming and crying out aloud, this led both the friends in a panicky situation.

Both the friends now decided to rush back, Satish quickly hurried to start the bike but it was not getting started to move ahead. He now decided to chant holy verse to get rid of this situation finally the bike got started and both the friends   moved from the place quickly.

Though they managed to escape the situation Anuj had a long lasting effect of this incident. He was unable to move out of his house at midnight hours and was also kept medication for two months.

Thus these incidents have long lasting influence on individuals facing such circumstances and life long experience to share.
